Welcome
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Blackfords Footcare website and the services provided by Blackfords Footcare.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or book an appointment.
About us
Blackfords Footcare is an independent podiatry and foot health clinic providing professional foot care services from:
229 Cannock Road
Chadsmoor
Cannock
Staffordshire

Booking appointments
Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting the clinic directly.
All new patients are required to attend a New Patient Assessment before receiving routine podiatry treatment. This allows us to carry out a comprehensive assessment, establish a diagnosis where appropriate and ensure treatment is both safe and suitable.
Appointment times are allocated specifically for each patient. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly to ensure sufficient time is available for your appointment.
Fees and payment
Current treatment fees are published on our website and may be updated from time to time.
Where payment is required during online booking, transactions are securely processed through Stripe using our Cliniko booking system.
Payment details are not stored by Blackfords Footcare.
Cancellations and missed appointments
We understand that plans can occasionally change.
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or where a patient fails to attend without prior notice, may be subject to a cancellation charge or the loss of any booking fee already paid.
This policy helps ensure appointment availability for other patients and supports the efficient running of the clinic.
Late arrival
If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you.
However, depending on the time available, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying patients with later appointments.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their:
