Hello, I'm Joanne Jordan, founder and HCPC Registered Podiatrist at Blackfords Footcare, Podiatry and Foot Health Clinic.

Born and raised in Chadsmoor, I'm proud to provide professional, evidence-informed podiatry care within the community I call home. After more than 20 years in the automotive industry, I retrained as a podiatrist, graduating with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Podiatry.

My decision to change careers was inspired by personal experience of seeing the impact that diabetic foot disease can have on individuals and their families. Today, I'm passionate about helping people stay active, comfortable and independent through compassionate, personalised foot care.

I believe in treating people, not just feet. Every patient has their own story, and I take the time to listen, understand their concerns and work together to find the most appropriate treatment. Alongside my work at Blackfords Footcare, I'm proud to volunteer with Forgotten Feet, supporting people experiencing homelessness by providing access to professional podiatry care.

Artist & Creative Designer

Skye is the creative eye behind S.B. Artwork, designing the bespoke pieces and visual elements you'll see throughout Blackfords Footcare.

With a passion for detail and a love of pencil and pen artistry, Skye creates hand-drawn illustrations that bring warmth, character, and a personal touch to the clinic.

From the artwork on our walls to the little details in our branding, her creativity helps make Blackfords Footcare a welcoming and unique place to be.

Steve Jordan

Clinic Support & Reception

Steve is one of the friendly faces behind Blackfords Footcare and will often be the first person you speak to when you get in touch. Whether he's answering the phone, helping patients with appointments or offering a warm welcome, Steve enjoys making sure everyone feels at ease from the very first contact.

Away from the clinic, Steve has a wide range of interests. A keen photographer with a real eye for wildlife and nature, he also has a lifelong passion for reptiles and helps care for the family's ever-growing collection—now numbering in the hundreds! When he's not spending time with the reptiles, you'll usually find him in the garden, playing guitar, following Formula One, cheering on West Bromwich Albion, enjoying WWE, or catching up on a well-earned afternoon nap.

As a family-run clinic, everyone plays their part, and Steve's calm, friendly nature helps create the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that Blackfords Footcare is proud to offer.
